Contact Dermatitis - What moisturizing cream worked for you?

I have had this on my fingers for months - I clean alot and therefore was using chemicals that my skin didn%26#039;t agree with. I have since started using gloves whenever in water and all that but would like to see if anyone has used a good cream. And I%26#039;m not talking lotions - I mean heavy duty good hand creams. I have been using pure glycerin and then cotton gloves but that hasn%26#039;t cleared it up. A dermatologist can help you, but if you aren%26#039;t ready for the doctor get cetaphil... i had contact dermatitis and that is what i used.|||Neutroderma hand cream is good - it worked for mine.
