Dove exfoliating soap or moisturizing cream?

Which one is better to get? or can you get both? Each say they can be used daily, so what is the difference? Wont they both help remove the dead skin cells and make skin apear lighter and smooth over time?|||ur suppose to use both! duh|||Dove dose animal testing dont use it
