Hazeline snow moisturizing cream?

what is moisturizing cream for? how to use it? i heard from others you have to apply moisturizing cream before make up..just like make up base? sorry i%26#039;m new here. .or you apply it on face for 1 to 2 seconds and clear it off with clean water? i%26#039;m confuse %26gt;.%26lt;|||After cleansing and toning your face, slather on the moisturiser. it helps moisturise and hydrate your skin. it is especially important if you want to use makeup, because you don%26#039;t want to your makeup to look flaky. even if you have oily skin, moisture is still important. so, don%26#039;t go anywhere without your moisturiser. don%26#039;t rinse after applying it!|||moisture means to make yr face look smoother n younger............ getting a good moisturizer is essential............... i%26#039;ve tried hazeline ........it did not work for me........... i got rashes ........... i guess i %26#039;m allergic to it
