Is there a cream out there that moisturizes ur face but get rids of acne scars? PLease help!!!!?

i have oily skin, and use biore shine control , i cant find a cream that gets rid of old acne scars and prevents acne too. plaese help im desperte. im prone to acne|||I use this cream for myself!
