Vanicream Moisturizing Skin Cream -- good/safe to use as a face moisturizer?

It says it can be used on the face...

%26quot;non-greasy, long-lasting moisturizing cream, Vanicreamz (TM) Skin Cream is east to spread, quickly absorbed, non-comedogenic and is free of dyes, fragrance, masking fragrance, lanolin, parabens and formaldehyde.

Directions: For face, hands, feet or body...

An oil-in-water emulsion type vanishing cream base composed of purified water, white petrolatum, cetearyl alcohol and ceteareth-20, sorbitol solution, proplene glycol, simethicone, glycerl monostearate, polyethylene glycol monosterate, sorbic acid and BHT.%26quot;

Does this seem like it would be good to use as a face-moisturizer, or would it be better to purchase a product that is marketed as a facial moisturizer?|||It%26#039;s O.K. i think but just to be sure buy a face moisturizer.... It%26#039;s centered on face so that will be better..........
