Nothing can really help them go. I have them too and recently read that having a hot (comfortable temperature) towel on your face a few times a day may loosen them and eventually encourage them to fall off.|||Thanks Gem..
Consulted an Esthetician, she removed the milias and followed up with a facial..Now the skin is healing very nicely.
Apparently using rich products near the eyes can trigger milias due to the thinness of the skin. Report Abuse
